Position: Ticketing Executive Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra, India Company: Viswamitempowersolution Contract Details: Full-time Are you a highly organized and customer-oriented individual looking for a challenging career opportunity in the travel industry? Viswamitempowersolution is currently seeking a Ticketing Executive to join our team in Nagpur, Maharashtra. As a Ticketing Executive, you will be responsible for handling all aspects of ticketing, including booking flights, issuing tickets, and managing reservations. You will also provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their travel needs are met and exceeded. Key Responsibilities: - Book flights, issue tickets, and manage reservations for clients - Provide excellent customer service to clients, ensuring their travel needs are met and exceeded - Handle any changes or cancellations to bookings in a timely and efficient manner - Stay updated on airline policies, procedures, and promotions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations - Keep accurate records of all bookings and transactions - Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner - Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients and airline representatives Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in a ticketing or travel agency role is preferred - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Proficient in using ticketing software and systems - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays - Knowledge of airline policies and procedures is a plus If you are a self-motivated and organized individual with a passion for travel and providing exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you!
