The selected candidate will have the unique opportunity to contribute across institutional treasury management as well as bespoke wealth advisory for ultra-HNI and family office clients. Role Overview We are seeking a sharp, detail-oriented Senior Analyst / Manager with 4–5 years of experience in investment research and wealth management. The ideal candidate must have cleared CFA Level III and should demonstrate strong expertise in financial markets, investment products, and valuation methodologies across asset classes including equity, debt, REITs, PMS, and AIFs. This role offers direct exposure to senior leadership and high-profile clients, supporting investment decision-making, portfolio construction, and market insights. Key Responsibilities Conduct in-depth research and valuation of equity, debt, REITs, AIFs, PMS, and other structured products. Support portfolio analytics, asset allocation strategies, and client reporting. Leverage tools such as AI platforms (Perplexity, ChatGPT) and MS Excel for financial modeling and analysis. Assist in product analysis, performance benchmarking, taxation implications, and documentation. Maintain investment pipelines, client records, and compliance checklists. Coordinate with AMCs, fund houses, and custodians for product-related data and insights. Generate actionable, research-backed investment ideas. Contribute to presentations, thought leadership content, and market updates . Attend and participate in client meetings and presentations . Qualifications & Experience CFA Charterholder (mandatory) with 4–5 years of relevant experience in AMC, fund house, or wealth management. Deep understanding of financial instruments including MF, PMS, AIF, bonds, equities, and alternatives. High proficiency in MS Excel, AI tools, financial modeling, and research platforms . Knowledge of QAI, taxation basics, and investment regulatory frameworks . Proven exposure to client reporting, portfolio reviews, and data analysis. Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills . Passionate about financial markets, with a self-learning and research-driven mindset.
