Education Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Experience 8 to 15 years of experience in stakeholder management and finance operations. Proven experience in Controlling and Accounting at a functional and corporate level. Strong background in Functional Controlling within matrixed multinational organizations. Key Responsibilities SAP & Process Expertise Demonstrate strong technical knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, specifically FI/CO modules. Map business processes with a focus on Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A). Develop procedures, playbooks, and training materials for Record-to-Report (R2R) processes. Controlling Operations Support Global Functions and BUs on new initiatives. Maintain master data related to Activity Types and Activity Rates. Perform Result Analysis (RA) runs and assess impact on revenue and inventory. Execute periodic activities related to the Controlling module. Handle Product Costing, Cost Object Controlling, and Profit Center Accounting. Set up Assessment and Distribution Cycles. Conduct Value Flow Analysis and manage Margin Reporting processes. Analyze under/over absorption of overheads and identify root causes. Maintain activity rates and evaluate their impact on inventory valuation. Process Management & Optimization Evaluate run-organization requirements and ensure adherence to internal controls. Automate processes and eliminate duplications to improve productivity. Maintain knowledge documents and playbooks for process reference. Identify opportunities for process/report standardization across countries, divisions, and business units. Adhere to Controlling & Planning KPIs to drive continuous improvement and maintain service quality. People Management Lead a team of 5–6 direct reportees, providing day-to-day guidance and support. Demonstrate problem-solving abilities and drive the team toward organizational goals. Serve as a role model and mentor to team members.
