Job description

Key Responsibilities :

POSM that align with client briefs and project requirements.

Material Knowledge : Utilize in-depth knowledge of materials to select appropriate

options for design execution, ensuring durability and visual appeal.

Client Interaction : Manage client briefs independently, including gathering

requirements, providing design solutions, and incorporating feedback.

Project Management : Oversee the entire design process from concept through to

final execution, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.

Collaboration : Work closely with other designers, production teams, and

stakeholders to ensure cohesive and effective design solutions.

Industry Expertise : Apply experience and insights from working with FMCG, liquor

& beverages, and cosmetics clients to create relevant and impactful designs.

Qualifications :

Experience : Minimum of 5-9 years of professional experience in 3D design, with a

focus on POSM design.

Material Knowledge : Strong understanding of various materials used in POSM and

their applications.

Client Handling : Proven ability to handle client briefs independently and effectively.

Industry Experience : Prior experience working with clients in FMCG, liquor &

beverages, and cosmetics industries or work for these industries.

Education : Preferably a background in Fine Arts or a related field.

Skills : Proficiency in 3D design software (e.g., 3ds Max, Blender,) and Adobe

Creative Suite. Strong visual and conceptual skills with attention to detail.

Portfolio : A robust portfolio showcasing relevant 3D design work, particularly in

POSM and related industries.
