About the Role :

Were seeking a motivated DevOps Engineer with 2.53 years of hands-on experience to own our cloud infrastructure, delivery pipelines, and compliance posture. Youll collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to automate deployments, provision scalable environments, modernize legacy workloads into containers, and ensure ongoing audit readiness.

Responsibilities :

  • Design, build, and maintain CI / CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and Ansible
  • Author and manage Terraform modules for provisioning AWS resources; support GCP / Azure as needed
  • Containerize legacy scripts and applications with Docker ; define Kubernetes manifests or Helm charts
  • Automate rollbacks, canary releases, and feature-flag workflows to minimize downtime
  • Implement and maintain controls for SOC 2 Type II , GDPR , and PCI DSS compliance
  • Perform regular infrastructure and repository audits ; report on drift, vulnerabilities, and remediation status
  • Collaborate on networking and security designs : VPCs, security groups, IAM policies, encryption standards
  • Write scripts (Bash, Python, etc.) to automate compliance checks, notifications, and reporting

Requirements :

  • 23 years of professional DevOps or SRE experience in a SaaS or PaaS environment
  • Strong expertise with CI / CD : GitHub Actions, Jenkins + Ansible
  • Proven track record using Terraform for AWS IaC (state management, modules)
  • Deep experience in AWS services (EC2, ECS / EKS, RDS, S3, IAM, Container orchestration services)
  • Hands-on with Docker and Kubernetes (or managed equivalents)
  • Demonstrated work on compliance frameworks : SOC 2 Type II, GDPR, PCI DSS
  • Experience auditing cloud infrastructure and GitHub repos; comfortable writing automation scripts
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; strong documentation skills

    • Nice to Haves :

  • Certifications : AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Terraform Associate, Certified Kubernetes Administrator
  • Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, ELK / EFK, Datadog)
  • Exposure to policy-as-code frameworks (OPA, AWS Config Rules)
  • Prior work in multi-cloud environments or hybrid on-prem / cloud setups
