Role Purpose:

The Hindi PRT (Primary Resource Teacher) will play a critical role in developing students' language skills and cultural understanding through the Hindi language. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

Education Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Hindi, Education, or a related field.

Experience Requirements:

2-10 years of teaching experience, preferably in a primary school setting.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in curriculum development for Hindi language.
• Strong lesson planning and classroom management skills.
• Knowledge of student engagement strategies and language acquisition techniques.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Certifications:

Teaching certification in primary education or equivalent is preferred.
