About This Role

• Own the end-to-end design of dashboards and workflows for our Shopify-based SaaS product.
• Collaborate with product managers to create high-value user experiences and designs that meet business objectives.
• Design wireframes, prototypes, and specs using Figma.
• Develop and maintain scalable design systems across products.
• Analyze customer feedback through quantitative and qualitative data sources.
• Present design rationale, facilitate reviews, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Mentor junior designers and promote design best practices within the team.
• Stay updated on Shopify trends, SaaS UX patterns, and accessibility standards.
