Senior Recruiter : Sales and Leadership Hiring

We are seeking a Senior Recruiter based in India to spearhead our expansion into the US market . This is a strategic role for a seasoned professional who understands the nuance of headhunting IT Sales and C-Suite Leadership talent.

What You Will Do

• Drive Full-Cycle Recruitment : Own the process from initial intake to offer negotiation, focusing specifically on high-value roles in IT Services Sales (SaaS, Enterprise Software, System Integration) and Executive Leadership.
• Strategic Sourcing : Move beyond job boards. Utilise advanced search techniques, networking, and market intelligence to identify passive talent in the competitive US technology market.
• Client Advisory : Act as a trusted partner to our international clients, providing insights on US market trends, compensation benchmarking, and talent availability.
• Candidate Experience : Deliver a "white-glove" candidate experience, offering career counselling and maintaining professional relationships that reflect our core values of integrity and honesty.
