Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Applied AI/ML Lead to drive the development and deployment of AI and ML models in real-world business applications. You will lead AI/ML projects, mentor the team, and ensure solutions are scalable, robust, and deliver business impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and deployment of AI/ML models to improve customer experiences and personalization.
• Collaborate with data analytics, engineering, and development teams to integrate models into production.
• Design AI solutions using clustering, segmentation, scoring, recommendations, and predictive analytics.
• Ensure data quality and readiness for AI/ML workflows.
• Monitor and optimize AI model performance using AIOps practices.
• Mentor and guide AI/ML team members.

Qualifications & Skills

Must Have:

• 10+ years in AI/ML, with at least 3 years in leadership.
• Strong experience in customer personalization and AI-driven business solutions.
• Hands-on with TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and cloud AI platforms (AWS preferred).
• Proficient in Python and integrating AI models with real-time systems (e.g., Kafka).

Good to Have:

• Experience with MinIO/S3 for large datasets.
• Familiarity with workflow automation (Airflow).
• Exposure to LLMs and RAG models.
