What you'll do

• Craft, test, and iterate on high-quality prompts to power AI-driven conversational experiences, especially in voice-based interfaces.
• Collaborate with AI/ML engineers and product teams to fine-tune prompt strategies for accuracy, personalization, and user intent recognition.
• Analyze prompt performance using internal metrics and real user conversations to improve AI responses over time.
• Design fallback strategies and handle edge cases within prompts to ensure reliable and context-aware user experiences.
• Build prompt libraries, templates, and documentation to streamline development across various customer use cases.
• Translate business requirements and domain knowledge into clear, goal-oriented prompt structures
• Work across multiple projects and stakeholders while maintaining a strong focus on conversational consistency and usability.

Requirements

• Experience in Conversation Design and Prompt Engineering
• Bonus points for experience in Journalism, Communication, English Literature, Creative Writing, Technical Writing, or related fields
• Writing experience (digital content design, UX writing, and/or content strategy) with attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple projects at once
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven track record of defining, socializing, testing, iterating on, and delivering outstanding digital experiences
