We are looking for a highly organized and strategically minded Video Ad Strategist with a strong understanding of games, marketing, user acquisition, and creatives. This role serves as a critical link between creative strategy and production execution.

The ideal candidate has a keen eye for structuring compelling video concepts, understands the nuances of platform-specific creative requirements, and excels at coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Develop clear and effective video ad strategies aligned with user acquisition objectives.

Analyze gameplay, UA data, and market trends to inform creative direction.

Translate marketing goals into structured video concepts and performance-driven narratives.

Ensure all assets are organized, versioned, and delivered according to established timelines.

Adapt creative strategies for platform-specific formats across TikTok, Meta, and others.

Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, and production teams to align on creative execution.

Monitor campaign performance to identify opportunities for creative improvement.

Maintain high standards of quality, consistency, and clarity across all deliverables.

Contribute to continuous refinement of internal creative processes and workflow documentation.

What You Bring

Organizational excellence – Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, maintain structured workflows, and deliver assets within tight deadlines.

Strategic mindset – Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret audience data and campaign performance into actionable creative insights.

Familiarity with gaming industry (preferred) – Understanding of gameplay mechanics, player behavior, and gaming audience expectations.

Attention to detail – Consistently upholds high standards for visual quality, messaging consistency, and executional accuracy.

Collaboration skills – Experience working cross-functionally with UA, creative, and production teams in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment.
