Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company objectives and market trends.
• Identify and analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to position the company effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
• Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, and events.
• Optimize campaigns for lead generation, customer retention, and market share growth.
• Manage advertising, sponsorships, and partnerships within the energy sector.
• Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
• Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess campaign effectiveness and ROI.
• Leverage data analytics to refine strategies and enhance audience targeting.
• Develop compelling content, including whitepapers, case studies, blogs, and presentations tailored to the energy sector.
• Maintain and enhance brand consistency and positioning across all touchpoints.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure technical and regulatory accuracy in content and messaging.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the energy or a related sector.
• Demonstrated success in managing marketing campaigns and driving measurable results.
• Strong understanding of the energy sector, including renewable energy, energy efficiency, and utility markets.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
