As a Campaign Activation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of digital advertising campaigns. This includes managing campaign set-up, optimization, troubleshooting, and delivering critical reporting and insights to support client objectives. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment, leveraging your expertise in AdOps tools and campaign management to deliver exceptional results.

AdOps (Advertising Operations) provides post-sales support to the market and is divided into two sections: Pre-Launch and Post-Launch. The Campaign Activation Specialist (CAS) team collaborates with Sales and Client Services Managers (CSMs) to ensure all assets are available on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day production tasks including campaign setup, launch, tracking, and optimization.
• Ensure the timely delivery and performance of campaigns.
• Troubleshoot and resolve ad-serving issues and campaign pacing challenges.
• Develop and deliver screenshot decks and post-campaign wrap-up data.
• Provide ad hoc and weekly reporting to stakeholders.
• Create media plans, PG campaigns, and Insertion Orders (IOs) in Operative.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for quality and queue management.
• Support campaigns across platforms, including CTV AdOps and Publisher AdOps.
• Work directly with publishers on native platforms, leveraging expertise in Connected TV (CTV) and the latest industry technologies.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in an AdOps campaign management/support role in the advertising/online media space; video ad experience is a strong plus.
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Google Ad Manager (GAM), FreeWheel, or similar ad-serving solutions; experience with Operative is highly desirable.
• Knowledge Areas:
• Familiarity with Programmatic Guaranteed (PG) and Private Marketplace (PMP).
• Strong understanding of queue and quality management.
• Advanced knowledge of online advertising operations and platforms, including CTV AdOps and Publishers AdOps.
