About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and seasoned professional to lead our corporate placement strategy, with a strong focus on mid-skill talent. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and nurturing strategic partnerships with senior HR leaders across India, driving hiring collaborations between corporates, training institutes, and our organization. This role is crucial to scaling our national placement network and creating impactful employment pathways for the workforce trained through our initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a national placement strategy aligned with our mid-skills focus.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CHROs, senior HR leaders, and decision-makers in large and mid-sized corporates.
- Identify and onboard corporates into our hiring network; represent the organization in high-stakes discussions with HR stakeholders.
- Facilitate tri-partite hiring arrangements involving corporates, training institutes, and our platform.
- Travel extensively across India to establish and strengthen regional corporate partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to match trained candidates with corporate hiring needs.
- Serve as the voice of the corporate partner internally to align training outcomes with industry requirements.
- Monitor placement performance metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership.
Qualifications
- 12–15 years of experience in B2B sales, corporate engagement, or business development, preferably in manpower staffing, HR solutions, L&D, or training industries.
- Proven track record of selling offerings to Corporate HR leaders in India.
- Deep understanding of mid-skill workforce dynamics and hiring trends.
- Strong industry connections, especially with CHROs and senior HR executives.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Prior experience in constructing partnership models between corporates and training institutions is highly desirable.
- An ex-CHRO or senior HR leader with exposure to external partnerships would be a strong fit.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively across India.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in leading staffing firms, L&D service providers, or HR tech companies.
- Demonstrated ability to engage stakeholders at the CXO level.
- Exposure to skill development ecosystems and workforce initiatives is a plus.
