The Opportunity: WMS Implementation Consultant

As a WMS Implementation Consultant, you will play a critical role in deploying Shipsy's Warehouse Management System across global enterprise customers. You will partner with warehouse operations teams, process owners, and supply chain leaders to design, configure, and operationalise warehouse workflows—ensuring efficient go-live and long-term success.

You will own end-to-end implementation, from requirement gathering to testing, training, deployment, and stabilisation, with 25–30% travel to customer sites for audits, workshops, hypercare, and process mapping.

What You'll Do:

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects, coordinating with internal teams and client stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with enterprise clients and act as a trusted advisor.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), manage timelines, and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Conduct onboarding, training, and provide post-implementation support.
• Gather client feedback and use data to track adoption, success, and opportunities for improvement.

Who You Are:

• Experienced in project management, client success, or solution implementation, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or enterprise tech.
• Experience with SaaS platforms, ERP/WMS/TMS systems, or logistics tech products.
• Ability to manage cross-functional projects and work effectively with product, engineering, and customer teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Supply Chain / Business / Operations. Master's degree is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable traveling 25–30% for client engagements.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, supply chain concepts, and WMS

workflows.

• 2–5 years of experience in WMS implementation / supply chain consulting / warehouse

Process design / operations excellence.

• Experience with SaaS platforms, ERP/WMS/TMS systems, or logistics tech products.
• Ability to manage cross-functional projects and work effectively with product, engineering,

and customer teams.
