About the Position

We are looking for a Company Secretary Intern (Management Trainee). The role will include the

following:

Assistance in preparing and reviewing statutory, secretarial and legal documents

Support in compliance with corporate governance and regulatory requirements

Preparation of forms and returns for filing with MCA, RBI and other authorities

Preparation of resolutions, letters, responses and other documents

Support in convening of Board Meetings, Committee Meetings and General Meetings

Maintenance of statutory registers and records

Conduct research and stay updated on the Companies Act, Foreign Exchange

Management Act, and other relevant laws

Collaboration with various teams to ensure smooth operations

Assistance in legal assignments (Trademark, NDA, MOU, Insurance, Miscellaneous

Registrations, etc.)

Job Requirements and Required Skills:

CS Executive Qualified

Excellent communication and drafting skills

Strong attention to detail

Good knowledge of interpretation of law

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Effective teamwork skills

Quick to take initiative

LLB will be an additional advantage
