Key Competencies

• Expertise in conducting academic and administrative audits and ensuring compliance with accreditation and statutory requirements.
• In-depth understanding of accreditation frameworks (NAAC, NBA, NIRF, QS, etc.) and ability to implement strategies for ranking improvement.
• Proficiency in analyzing feedback and institutional data using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Ability to create interactive dashboards for evidence-based decision-making and stakeholder reporting.
• Skills in preparing quality reports (AQAR, SSR) and using data to drive institutional reforms and ongoing improvement.
• Strong interpersonal and technical skills, including proficiency in preparing spreadsheets and maintaining records of ongoing and past activities
• Must have prior experience as a key member of an institutional committee that has successfully gone through at least one cycle of NAAC accreditation.
