Job Purpose
We are seeking a passionate intern to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing profiles through various channels, screening /evaluating candidates, maintaining database as well as supporting one specific business unit with their lateral hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities
Lateral Hiring: • Support one specific business unit with their lateral hiring needs • Source, screen, and recommend fresher/experienced candidates for open positions within the business unit. • Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, networking events, job boards, and employee referrals, to build a pipeline of qualified candidates. • Collaborate with hiring leads and hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process and a positive candidate experience. • Negotiate job offers with candidates
Key Competencies
• Bachelor's / Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, and internal stakeholders. • Strong negotiation and closing skills. • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Must be experienced below 6 months with qualification : MBA HR
