Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Program Manager to oversee and coordinate mass production programs from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing operations, cross-functional team leadership, and program lifecycle management. This role is critical in ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and quality standards across large-scale production initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead end-to-end program management for mass production projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, supply chain, quality, finance, etc.) to ensure alignment on program goals and timelines.
· Develop and maintain detailed program plans, schedules, and budgets.
· Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure program success.
· Monitor production metrics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
· Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
· Manage vendor and supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
· Facilitate regular program reviews and status updates with stakeholders and senior leadership.
· Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for production issues.
· Support new product introductions and scale-up activities.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (Master's preferred).
· 8+ years of experience in program or project management within a manufacturing or mass production environment.
· Strong understanding of production processes, lean manufacturing, and quality systems.
· Proven ability to manage multiple complex programs simultaneously.
· Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
· Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, etc.) and ERP systems.
· PMP or similar certification is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
· Experience in automotive, aerospace, electronics, or consumer goods manufacturing.
· Familiarity with Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
