General Manager, Business Growth

Description

We're hiring a strategic and analytical General Manager to lead Seekho's business growth. This role focuses on performance marketing, growth funnels, and high-ROI experiments. You'll manage a cross-functional team to scale user acquisition, engagement, and monetization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Revenue Growth for key categories of Seekho
• Own and optimize CAC, LTV, and full-funnel metrics for New Subscriber Growth
• Lead paid marketing & creative strategy across Meta, Google, YouTube, and more
• Position Seekho as the Pioneer in edutainment through industry first initiatives
• Manage and mentor a squad of marketer & creative and content operators
• Run experiments, analyze results, and drive data-backed decisions
• Collaborate with Product, CRM, and Teach teams to align growth efforts

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• 5 years in growth, performance marketing, or business strategy (B2C tech preferred)
• Experience leading teams and delivering on aggressive growth targets
• Strong analytical, execution and problem solving skills (Excel, SQL, GA, attribution tools)
• Proven track record in performance-led, cross-functional growth roles
• Experience of leading content & creative strategy would be a huge advantage

Nice to Have

Background in B2C App based business, OTT, consumer apps, or subscription businesses
