Key Responsibilities

1. Setup and own functioning of all accounting aspects. Help in developing policies, setup scalable processes, ensure timely book closure, inventory management/accounting
2. Responsible for ensuring that revenue is recognized accurately and in accordance with accounting standards (IFRS 15 internationally). Identify and resolve revenue-related issues and discrepancies, and implement process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency
3. Must have experience in Balance sheet reconciliation, Balance sheet review, unbilled revenue, invoicing, knowledge of GST
4. Manage various audit support e.g. Integral, external, etc
5. Handling Supplier/dropshipper payouts on a regular basis. Review and analysis of various type of payments
6. Review of system generated reports and manual calculations and ensuring right pay-outs are processed on a timely basis
7. Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to invoices and payments
8. Undertake various analysis and reconciliation of different types of payments on a regular basis
9. Ability to make reconciliation of payment received from various payment gateways
10. Ability to reconcile COD amount collectable from logistic companies with books of account & resolve variations, if any on timely basis
11. Internal coordination with business teams and understanding their requirements
12. Working with data science team and IT team on providing data level requirements and identification and communication of issues
13. Should have experience in raising of E-invoices/CNs
14. Should have knowledge of TDS, GST,TDS

Qualifications & skills required

1. CA with 4-5 years of post-qualification experience/ Bachelor's or Associates degree in accounting, finance, or related field with 7+ years of experience
2. Experience in E-commerce industry is a must
3. Advanced knowledge of excel is a must
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
5. Good analytical skills
6. Strong attention to detail and able to consistently and timely produce quality & accurate
