Job description

Location: Bangalore

Job Overview: Lead end-to-end strategy, design and execution of innovative insurance products, ensuring market relevance, regulatory compliance, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with stakeholders on gathering requirements with regard to new product filing / revision of product
Preparing IRDAI filing documents as per prevailing IRDAI guidelines
Ensuring compliance as per product filing guidelines and product approval
Maintaining record of documents of approved products
Preparing various reports to be submitted to IRDAI
Coordinating with Marketing team for designing Marketing Material
Closely monitor the competitor products being launched in the market

Eligibility:

Knowledge of General Insurance
Good communication skills - Written and Verbal
Well versed with Microsoft Office and Excel
Experience in product development / non-motor underwriting
Associate / Fellow of Insurance Institute of India will be preferred
