Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and assisting with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations
  • Coordinate meetings, including booking venues and organizing catering
  • Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial reports
  • Conduct research and compile reports as needed
  • Support various projects and initiatives as assigned

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in other administrative roles (1-2 years)
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
