🔹Eligibility & Requirements:

Mandatory Qualifications

• PhD in relevant discipline from a reputed / globally recognized institution
• MBA / PGDM with an excellent academic track record
• Minimum 3–5 years (Assistant Professor) / 8+ years (Associate Professor) of full-time teaching and/or research experience at reputed institutions in India or abroad

Research & Academic Credentials:

• Strong research publications in Scopus / WOS / ABDC / UGC-Care indexed journals
• Active involvement in research, case writing, funded projects, or consultancy will be an advantage
• Experience in curriculum design, outcome-based education (OBE), NBA/NAAC processes is highly desirable

Additional Value (Strong Advantage):

• UGC-NET / SET qualification
• Proven exposure to academic administration, program leadership, or accreditation activities
• Ability to handle industry-integrated MBA programs , analytics tools, ERP / SCM software, or financial modelling platforms
