Location : Bangalore.

Work Mode : 5 Days Work from Office.

Job Summary :

We are looking for a dedicated Compensation and benefits person who is well versed on payroll & statutory Compliance, manage payroll operations with a strong focus on minimum wage compliance, legal and statutory norms (ESI, PF), and salary structuring across multiple business units and states.

The ideal candidate will ensure all payroll calculations are accurate, timely, and fully compliant with evolving statutory requirements.
