Job Summary:

We are seeking a Manhattan Active Omni (MAO) Proactive Developer with 5+ years of experience in extension development, system integration, job scheduling, and monitoring. The role focuses on MAO extension deployment, system configurations, message integrations, job management, performance monitoring, and automation to ensure seamless operations and system reliability. Expertise in extension development and deployment, job configuration and scheduling, Composite Services, User Exits, Events, Agents, and Config Director 2.0 is essential.

Location: Bangalore (Hybrid Model)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and deploy MAO extensions using Extension Packs.
• Work with Composite Services, User Exits, Events, and Agents within the Extensibility Configurator.
• Configure and monitor inbound/outbound message types for system integration.
• Set up and manage job configurations, job types, and job schedulers.
• Monitor job execution and troubleshoot failures.
• Debug failed messages and implement repost rules for automated recovery.
• Utilize metric monitoring tools and triggers to track system performance.
• Enhance system reliability through automation and Config Director 2.0.
• Manage Internal Broker Configs to facilitate smooth inter-service communication

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in MAO Proactive Development.
• Expertise in extension development, deployment, and user exits.
• Strong knowledge of job configuration, scheduling, and automation.
• Proficiency in messaging systems (Inbound/Outbound, Failed Messages, Repost Rules).
• Hands-on experience with Composite Services, Events, and Agents.
• Familiarity with Config Director 2.0, API endpoints, and Broker Configs.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills with a proactive system monitoring mindset
