Position: Customer Care Executive
Job Location: Nadiad/Anand, Dahod/Godhra, Jamnagar, Bhuj/Gandhidham, Mehsana
Job Description
- Install e-learning software at customer locations.
- Troubleshoot software issues and address technical queries related to software and hardware.
- Coordinate with the development team to resolve major or recurring customer issues.
- Ensure timely and proper service delivery to customers.
Compensation: 1,50,000 to 2,40,000 per annum, based on the candidate's skills and experience.
Desired Profile
- Fluency in Gujarati is mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of hardware/software networking.
- Familiarity with operating systems like Windows and Linux is preferred.
- Hardworking and goal-oriented individual with a proactive mindset.
Experience: 6 months to 2 years
