ServiceNow LLM Trainer

Requirements

• 4–6 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow, especially in CSM, ITSM, or HRSD modules.
  
• Define decision frameworks and taxonomy structures for reinforcement learning efforts targeting ServiceNow models.
  
• Design scenario-driven tasks that simulate real ServiceNow use cases: case handling, SLA tracking, HR requests, IT incidents, etc.
  
• Write clear, natural task instructions that align with ServiceNow's workflows and decision-making logic.
  
• Represent tasks in JSON format with consistent structure and clarity.
  
• Use SQL to analyze datasets and validate training inputs.
  
• Apply prompt engineering techniques to guide AI in structured task execution.
  
• Collaborate with other domain experts to expand task coverage across CSM, ITSM, and HRSD.
  
• Document task patterns, reusable structures, and best practices to guide future scenario creation.
  
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow business processes: workflows, case management, incident handling, SLAs, knowledge bases, etc.
  
• Proficiency in JSON and working with structured data.
  
• Strong SQL skills for data validation and analysis.
  
• Ability to design realistic, enterprise-grade process simulations.
  
• Experience in AI training workflows and structured data creation.
  
• Skilled in prompt engineering for task instruction clarity.
  
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and logical task breakdown.
  
• Excellent communication skills; client-facing experience is a plus.
  
• ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator)
  
• CIS-ITSM, and one of CIS-CSM or CIS-HRSD
  
• Exposure to AI/ML workflows or training data pipelines
  
• Familiarity with Agile practices
  
• Working knowledge of prompt engineering best practices
