Location : Rohisa, Ta : Mehmdabad, Dist : Kheda

Work Timing : 08 : 00 AM to 6 : 00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Qualification :  Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Production / Industrial / Biomedical preferred

Job Purpose

To lead and manage the overall plant operations ensuring cost efficiency, quality output, regulatory compliance, and effective people management in a healthcare / medical device manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Overall Plant Operations

Oversee end-to-end manufacturing activities including production, maintenance, stores, dispatch, and planning

Ensure achievement of daily, monthly, and annual production targets

Optimize plant productivity, capacity utilization, and operational efficiency

Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, 5S, OEE improvement)

2. Cost Management & Profitability

Control manufacturing cost, wastage, and rejection levels

Improve yield and reduce operational losses

Monitor consumption of raw material, manpower productivity, and machine efficiency

Prepare and manage plant budget and cost reduction strategies

3. Quality & Output (Healthcare Standards)

Ensure consistent product quality as per healthcare / medical device standards

Coordinate with QA / QC to maintain zero critical deviations and minimum rejections

Drive root cause analysis and CAPA implementation

Maintain traceability, validation, and process documentation

4. Compliance & Regulatory

Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality systems such as :

ISO 13485 / ISO 9001 / GMP (as applicable)

Medical device regulatory requirements

Safety & EHS norms

Handle audits — internal, customer, and regulatory

Maintain documentation, records, and SOP adherence

5. People Management

Lead, mentor, and develop production, quality, and maintenance teams

Monitor manpower planning, discipline, and performance

Build a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement

Conduct training programs for skill and compliance improvement

6. Coordination & Planning

Coordinate with Purchase, QA, R&D, and Sales for production planning

Ensure on-time dispatch as per customer commitment

Support new product development and transfer to manufacturing

Experience

12-18+ years in manufacturing

Minimum 5+ years in leadership role

Mandatory experience in Healthcare / Medical Device / Pharma manufacturing
