What We're Really Looking For

This role is for someone who already understands how a marketing/creative agency works and has hands-on experience hiring:

• Graphic Designers
• Video Editors /Motion Graphic Designer
• Web Developers
• Business Development people with agency services selling experience
• Instagram Content / Growth Strategist

If you can tell a strong portfolio from an average one and aren't afraid to pick up the phone and talk to candidates, you'll fit right in.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end hiring for designers, video editors and other creative/marketing roles.
• Source candidates via job portals, social media, referrals, etc.
• Review portfolios and reels, and filter only high-quality creative talent.
• Conduct initial screening calls and coordinate interviews with the Co-Founders.
• Maintain a clean, updated candidate tracker and share timely feedback.
• Support basic onboarding formalities for new joiners.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience as a recruiter / HR, preferably in a marketing or creative agency.
• Proven experience hiring Graphic Designers & Video Editors.
• Strong communication skills and confidence on phone calls.
• Good eye for design and visual quality (designs, reels, edits).
• Organized and comfortable handling multiple open roles at once.
• Basic tech comfort: MS Office, recruitment tools / ATS (a plus).
