. Works closely with business, talent acquisition and human resources leaders to influence and deliver a quality assessment through all aspects of the recruitment funnel, focusing on short-term development and career conversations .... Keeps abreast of latest recruitment sources and channels for reaching out to the targeted candidates, focusing on both online and offline candidate engagement strategies
. Develops and maintains an expert knowledge of the specialist sector and market recruited in, such as logistics, call & contact centers, retail, and hospitality and events< br/>. Handles escalated candidate and client issues, focusing on small- and mid-sized client needs
. Develops and maintains relationships with blue-collar candidates, and seeks referrals of other candidates, particularly for temporary workers. Ensures a positive experience throughout the placement process
. Prepares CVs and write-ups with accurate descriptions of candidate skills, tailored to emphasize their fit for blue-collars roles, to forward to consultantsGrade Descriptor
. Requires working knowledge of own discipline and a basic understanding of concepts and procedures in related disciplines
. Demonstrates knowledge of the company, processes and customers
. Performs a range of assignments related to discipline
. Uses prescribed guidelines or policies in analyzing situations and resolving problems to deliver continuous business results
