Job descriptionManage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding Build and maintain strong relationships with clients Source candidates through social media and various job platforms Track and manage recruitment metrics and performance data Consistently meet monthly placement targets You have at least 1 year experience including solid experience in a similar role within Professional Services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact and build credibility across all levels of the organisation. You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders

The Job
Performance & Incentives :
This is a target-based role. If you meet or exceed your monthly target (4x of your salary), you'll receive a 10% incentive on the additional revenue generated beyond the target. Most companies offer only 2%, but we reward high performers with 10%. If the target is not met, your salary will be proportionally deducted.
