• Deliver undergraduate and postgraduate lectures in core MLT subjects.

• Conduct and supervise laboratory practical sessions.

• Develop and revise curriculum in line with UGC and industry standards.

• Prepare academic documentation including lesson plans, course files, and evaluation reports.
\ N
• Adopt innovative teaching methodologies and digital learning platforms.

Qualifications

• M.Sc. in Medical Laboratory Technology or relevant discipline.

• Minimum 8 years of teaching/research/industry experience.

• Required research publications as per UGC guidelines.

• Ph.D. in Medical Laboratory Technology.

• Minimum 12–15 years of academic/research experience.

• Significant publicationrecord in indexed journals.

• Experience supervising doctoral research.
