Assistant Manager -Investor Relations

Key Responsibilities:

Investor Relations:

● Plan engagements with Investors and Analysts on the EML’s developments

● Preparation of board meeting related documents (financial results, talkpoints etc.)

● Publishing the Investor presentation post quarterly results

● Draft Management discussion and analysis (MD&A) of annual report

● Periodic updates to the management about Investors/analysts activities and interaction

● Provide insights on market activity and present them to the leadership team including

analyst reports, shareholding and stock performance report

● Track financial, business and operating performance of International peers

● Regularly track news, industry events, regulatory changes, peer’s performance and results

● Collect data across dimensions e.g., industry, demography, company functions, mapping

of international markets etc

M&A and Landscaping:

● Working closely with business teams to identify the right partners and opportunities in

the target business segment

● Financial forecasting and valuation of the business case(s)

● Evaluation of possible deal arrangements and liaising with other teams to oversee due

diligence (such as taxation, legal, financial, commercial and technical)

● Project management for deals and working along-side legal, treasury, financial reporting,

business teams to close the transactions

Education:

MBA / CA / Master's degree in business, finance, or accounting

Experience:

• 3-5 years relevant experience dealing with equity markets, financial analysis and forecasting
• Demonstrated understanding of macroeconomics, capital markets trends, competitor activities, industry dynamics, and customer trends
• Experience with the stock market (Spark, Crisil, Mutual Funds etc.)
