Job Location:-Gurgaon/Chennai/Bangalore/Pune/Bhopal/Jaipur/Hyderabad


Experience:-4-6 Years


Roles & Responsibilities:-


  • Provide senior-level support for SharePoint environments.
  • Manage and resolve client tickets and operational issues within defined SLAs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and service delivery.
  • Identify and implement process improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain documentation and ensure adherence to operational standards.


Required Skills:-


  • Strong experience in SharePoint support and administration.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Hands-on experience in ticket handling and operational support processes.
  • Ability to drive continuous process improvements.
