Job description
8+years of onsite work experience in Residential/ commercial building projects.
Ensuring projects are built according to blueprints, structural designs, and local regulations. Key roles include supervising daily construction, managing material quality/logistics, conducting layout surveys, ensuring safety compliance, and coordinating subcontractors to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
- Technical Interpretation & Execution: Reviewing, understanding, and implementing structural and architectural drawings on-site, including marking layouts, excavation, and steel reinforcement placement.
- Site Supervision & Coordination: Managing daily labor, supervising subcontractors (plumbers, electricians, masons), and overseeing construction activities to ensure adherence to designs.
- Quality Control (QA/QC): Conducting quality checks on materials (cement, steel, concrete) and ensuring proper curing processes are followed.
- Material & Resource Management: Estimating required materials, verifying quantities received, and optimizing the use of equipment and manpower to prevent waste.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforcing strict adherence to health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintaining daily site records, progress reports, and measurement sheets for billing purposes.
- Problem Solving: Providing immediate technical solutions to challenges that arise during construction.
- Daily visit site checking DPR, checking manpower present on site\
- Execute the piling work for residential building
- Timely meeting with contractor for work progress, hindrance, quality progress
- Inspection of all ongoing activates at site. Physical verification of incoming materials & its inspection.
- Inspection of quality of Concrete work & finishing work.
- Process checks for formwork & Reinforcement.
- To identify non-conformities & root causes & to review corrections/rectifications, corrective actions & preventive actions initiated by contractor quality team & execution team
- Review and approved mock-ups & sampling at site.
- Manage and oversee all Civil Construction & finishing activities from Quality checking, Civil Post Pour, MEP Clearance.
- Finishing Works like Gypsum Plastering, Waterproofing, Tiling, Painting work.
Diploma/ Degree in Civil Engineering
