Resolution of Gold / Account audit irregularities.

Ensure resoulution of Customer queries and complaints within timelines

Ensure timely updating of the legal matters in the Legal Software and seek guidance from legal teams in ZO/HO

Timely reporting of police seizure cases to the legal team in HO and follow up for approval to hand over the gold to police

Timely attending the court hearings by liaising with advocates

To ensure that all the Branches comply with daily EOD, Charge taking and handover during transfer /resignation/leave. (HOTO Process)

CBS Loan Cancellation approval.

To ensure branches maintain adequate Cash and Bank balances as per norms and follow up for transfer of excess funds to Central Office Accounts, HO, Cochin.
