Job description6 months–1 year of tele-sales or customer service experience (preferably with dialer systems). Good communication in English and Hindi; confident and persuasive. Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM platforms. Resilient and target-driven with strong follow-up skills.
Role Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls to eligible leads, gather application details, and update internal systems.
- Handle inbound calls and guide customers through application to contract signing.
- Provide consistent follow-up and support to ensure conversion.
- Share feedback and sales insights with team leads to improve performance.
