Roles and Responsibilities:

• Engage in consumer remarketing and telephone sales efforts.
• Organize and address consumer questions across various platforms, including Amazon and Meta.
• Run WhatsApp marketing campaigns and follow up with customers.
• Examine client information and keep up with the CRM database.
• Communicate with customers in multiple languages through chat, email, and phone calls.
• Able to communicate effectively the analytical mindset strategy that puts the needs of the client first
