BHM Traders - Senior Account Manager - CFA/CA/CPA

About the Role:

BHM Traders is looking for an experienced Accounts & Finance Manager to lead the finance function of BHM Traders and its sister companies. This is a Head Position responsible for financial strategy, compliance, reporting, team leadership, and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end accounting operations (AP, AR, GL, Payroll & Cash Flow)

- Prepare monthly, quarterly & annual financial statements

- Budgeting, forecasting & financial analysis

- Ensure IFRS compliance, audits & statutory reporting

- Strengthen internal controls, policies & SOPs

- Lead and mentor the finance team across BHM Traders & its sister companies

- Drive business performance through KPIs, cost optimisation & strategic financial Mandatory: CFA / CA / CPA / ACCA and Master's Degree in Finance / Accounting (Full-Time only; Distance Education not accepted)

Experience & Skills:

- 5+ years in Accounting & Finance with Managerial Leadership Experience

- Strong knowledge of IFRS, Auditing, Taxation & Financial Reporting

- Experience in FMCG / Retail / Trading / Distribution preferred

- Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience is highly preferred

- Strong Excel & Financial Modelling skills
