Position Overview

We are seeking a visionary and technically adept AI / ML Strategist to drive and lead the ideation of cutting-edge analytics and AI / ML solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of AI / ML technologies to develop transformative use cases that align with our clients' business objectives and technological aspirations.

Key Responsibilities

Ideation & Strategy Development : Lead brainstorming sessions to conceptualize analytics and AI / ML use cases that address business challenges and opportunities.
Use Case Development : Design and prototype AI-driven solutions, focusing on analytics and AI applications such as route optimization, product recommendation, predictive analytics, and automation & reporting.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with business owners, founders, data scientists, and engineering teams to integrate value-driven AI solutions into existing platforms and services.
Research & Innovation : Stay abreast of the latest developments in AI / ML and Generative AI, evaluating emerging technologies and methodologies for potential application.
Stakeholder Engagement : Present strategies and use cases to senior leadership and stakeholders, articulating the value and impact of AI initiatives.
Implementation Oversight : Oversee the deployment and scaling of AI solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

Educational Background : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.

Technical Expertise : Proficiency in AI / ML frameworks and tools; experience with Generative AI models and platforms.

Experience : 8–10 years with proven track record in developing and implementing AI / ML solutions; experience in a strategic or leadership role is a plus.

Analytical Thinking : Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex challenges into actionable AI solutions.

Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Collaboration : Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Attributes

Innovative Mindset : Passion for exploring outcome-based AI use cases.

Leadership : Experience in delivery, thought leadership, mentoring teams, and simplifying challenges.

Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with tools and platforms such as :

Programming Languages : Python, R, SQL

AI / ML Frameworks : TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn

Data Visualization : Tableau, Power BI

Cloud Platforms : AWS, Azure, Google Cloud

Version Control : Git, GitHub

Project Management Tools : Jira, Trello
