Role Description

We are seeking a Deputy General Manager of North Sales for a full-time, on-site role located in Ghaziabad. The role involves overseeing and managing the sales operations in the northern region, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, maintaining strong relationships with clients, leading and mentoring a sales team, and ensuring smooth customer service operations. The selected candidate will also collaborate with other departments and report progress to senior management.

• Strong skills in Sales and a demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
• Proven experience in General Management and Team Management, with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop team members effectively.
• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service expertise to maintain and enhance client relationships.
• Excellent communication, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Prior experience in sales management or a similar role; familiarity with the regional market is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline preferred.
