Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Claims Processing Executive (CPE) to join our US medical billing team. The role involves handling end-to-end activities related to US Workers Compensation claims, including insurance verification, medical record retrieval, and payer follow-ups. The CPE will act as a key liaison between clients and insurance companies, primarily through phone communication.

Key Responsibilities

Review and analyze Workers Compensation claim payments using client systems and tools

Verify reimbursements against state fee schedules and PPO contracts

Collect, review, and submit medical records and supporting documents to insurers

Follow up with payers to ensure timely receipt and processing of claims

Prepare and submit initial billing packets or appeal letters with complete documentation

Perform additional tasks as required to support claims operations

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in any discipline

Preferred experience in US healthcare, US-based BPO, or medical billing

Proficient in MS Office and Windows applications

Strong verbal communication skills

Ability to multitask data entry while on calls

Fast and accurate typing skills

Comfortable handling high volumes of work with attention to detail

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Professional communication via phone, email, and fax

Strong time management and regular attendance
