Video Editor (1–3 Yrs Experience)

At Dozers, we're not looking for button-pushers. We're looking for storytellers with craft — people who can turn raw footage into something that actually makes audiences stop scrolling.

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years experience editing social-first content (Instagram, YouTube, Reels, Shorts)
• Sharp eye for trends, narrative flow, and pacing
• Leadership qualities — able to guide interns, juniors, and streamline workflows
• Comfortable owning timelines and delivering on tight deadlines
• Chennai-based, fluent in Tamil & English
• Most importantly someone who wants to push craft, not templates

What You'll Do

• Edit short-form and long-form content that feels premium, fresh, and impactful
• Work directly with founders, creators, and brands to shape content direction
• Experiment with styles, pacing, and transitions beyond cookie-cutter edits
• Be part of a tight team that's scaling fast, where your work actually gets noticed

Compensation

• 2 LPA – 4 LPA (negotiable)
• If you bring proven skill, strong reel quality, and craft above the basics, we're open to stretching beyond this range.
