Account Intern/ Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Intern/ Assistant to manage our day-to-day financial operations and reporting. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in financial documentation, reconciliation, taxation, and data management to support the organization's accounting processes.

Job Description

• Utilize advanced Excel functions—including PivotTables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF, and COUNTIF—to analyze financial data and support accurate reporting.
• Create, monitor, and manage cash flow statements for internal financial reviews and decision-making.
• Update, maintain, and reconcile general ledgers on a regular basis.
• Perform periodic account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial standards.
• Manage the preparation, processing, and distribution of invoices for clients and vendors.
• Ensure timely processing and release of payments to vendors and candidates.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date financial records and documentation across all accounting systems.

Working hours: 9:30am - 6:30pm, Work from Office

Working days: Mon - Sat (except 3rd Saturday)

Salary: 18k to 22k per month

Experience required : 6 months (minimum)

Location: Mohan Estate, Delhi.
