Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Technical Support role located in the Mohali district. The Technical Support team member will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, assisting customers with inquiries, providing solutions to software and hardware problems, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The role involves understanding and resolving technological challenges while maintaining clear communication with clients to address their support needs efficiently.

Exp: 4 to 5 years

Location: Mohali - WFO (5 days)

Shift Timings: Night Shift

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical challenges effectively.
• Strong Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure client success through excellent service and communication.
• Highly developed Analytical Skills to diagnose problems and recommend tailor-made solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate solutions clearly to clients and team members.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in IT support, certifications in relevant technologies, or a diploma/degree in a related field is a plus.
