ER Vehicle Inspection function

• Years of experience: Should have 3 5 years of relevant experience post qualification.
• Nature of experience: Knowledge of Vehicle Inspection Activity as per Standards. Line inspectors and associates management.Understanding of Engineering Drawing/Inspection standards into Process Standards for Inspectors. Knowledge about vehicle driving and testing. Assessing new vehicles in trials, giving feedbacks and ensuring closure of issues. Knowledge about vehicle inspection equipments.
• Knowledge about ISO and Quality systems
• Knowledge about Japanese Practices like 5S,3G,3K,3R,Horenso etc

Knowledge about regulations. Line quality handling and problem analysis

• Nature of Work : Vehicle Inspection after Assembly Stage

• Industry preference: Automobile Industry
• Regulation mass production vehicle quality inspection to ensure zero defects at customer
• Development (Inspection & Evaluation) of Vehicles
• New Model development , testing and inspection process standardization.
• Cost Reduction
• Ability to train new inspectors for Capability Improvement & skill development
