Associate - Buying

Job Description

As an Associate - Buying with 1.0-7.0 years of experience, you will play a vital role in the procurement and purchasing process of the organization. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in sourcing, negotiating, and acquiring goods and services essential for the company's operations.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the procurement team to identify purchasing needs and requirements.
  • Source and evaluate suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery speed.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors to secure favorable agreements.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to meet demand.
  • Track and analyze market trends to make informed buying decisions.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their buying preferences and specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all purchasing activities.
  • Generate reports and provide insights on buying patterns and expenditure.
  • Contribute to cost-saving initiatives and process improvements in the buying function.
