Job Overview:

We are looking for a well-rounded HR Executive – Generalist to support various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across different areas of HR and contributing to a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding.
• Handle joining formalities and maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Support employee engagement activities, events, and communication.
• Address employee queries related to HR policies and processes.
• Ensure HR compliance and support audits/documentation as needed.
• Help implement HR policies and practices consistently across teams.
• Coordinate with external vendors (background verification, insurance, etc.).

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (preferably in HR, Business, or related field).
• 1–3 years of experience in an HR generalist role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and basic HR software/tools.
• Understanding of labour laws and HR best practices is a plus.
