Financial Director

Job Title: Director – Finance (Investments)

Role Overview:

The Director – Finance (Investments) will be responsible for managing the company's cash flow, investments, and property portfolio to maximize returns and ensure sustainable growth. This role involves formulating and executing investment strategies in consultation with top management, managing corporate funds across multiple asset classes, and identifying profitable opportunities in Dubai and other designated regions.

Key Responsibilities:

Cash Flow & Investment Strategy:

• Oversee cash flow management to ensure liquidity and financial stability.
• Formulate investment strategies aligned with business objectives in collaboration with top management.
• Implement approved strategies and track performance against financial goals.
• Optimize capital allocation across short-term and long-term investments.

Property Management:

• Identify and evaluate new property investment opportunities.
• Manage existing property portfolio to achieve effective and sustainable returns.
• Oversee lease management, property valuations, and ROI tracking.
• Recommend property acquisition, divestment, or redevelopment strategies.

Investment Opportunities:

• Explore and evaluate investment opportunities in Dubai and other designated geographies.
• Manage investments in mutual funds, government bonds, direct stock market investments, and alternative instruments.
• Conduct due diligence, market research, and risk-return analysis for proposed investments.
• Develop relationships with financial institutions, brokers, and investment advisors to identify and negotiate opportunities.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Proven experience managing corporate money through mutual funds, government bonds, and direct stock market investments.
• Strong understanding of financial modeling, valuation, and portfolio management.
• Knowledge of Dubai's financial and property investment markets preferred.
• Strategic thinker with strong business acumen.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• High integrity and governance orientation.

Experience:

• 12–18 years in corporate finance and investments.
• Demonstrated track record of managing investment portfolios and delivering strong returns.
• Experience in property investments and financial instruments.
